All of our products come with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects or faults.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect measurements, or personal preference. As each desk is made to order, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.
If a fault develops within the 2-year warranty period, please get in touch with your order number and supporting images. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or repair if covered.
All of our products are made to order, and production typically begins shortly after an order is placed.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may request to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, but only if production has not yet started. Once we begin working on your item — including printing, cutting, or preparing materials specific to your order — the right to cancel is no longer available.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to waive your cancellation rights once production has commenced.
